/api/v1/settings.refreshOAuthServices
Reload the workspace OAuth service configurations from the current settings. Use it after adding or removing a custom OAuth service so that the login services are rebuilt. This endpoint takes no body and requires 2FA.
It replaces the deprecated refreshOAuthService real-time method, which remains available until 9.0.0.
