# Omnichannel Users

Omnichannel roles have respective permissions that enable you to maintain access. With the **Omnichannel Users API**, you can:

- Register users with the `agent` and `manager` roles.
- Remove the agent and manager roles from users.
- View users with the `agent` and `manager` roles in your workspace.
