From Rocket.Chat 9.0.0, LDAP is available on Starter workspaces and on all premium plans (Commercial, Government, and Defense). It is not available on Community workspaces, where these endpoints return
error-action-not-allowed. See Our Plans for details.
With LDAP API endpoints, you can perform the following actions:
Sync user accounts with an LDAP server.
Perform test synchronizations to validate the LDAP connection.
Search for users on the LDAP server.
