Decline a Video Conference

/api/v1/video-conference.decline

Records that you declined the call. Only your own membership is updated; the call keeps running for everyone else, and you can still join it later.

You must be a member of the conference or have access to the conference's room or discussion. Requests are limited to 10 per minute per client IP address.
